Unser Fitness boot camp in Zug takes place outdoors and combines strength and endurance training. Each session lasts 60 minutes and is suitable for all fitness levels. We train in motivating groups: Monday and Thursday from 19:00 to 20:00 and Saturday from 10:00 to 11:00.

My name is Giuseppe, but most of you know me as Giusi. I combine my many years of expertise as a trainer with my passion for sport to create an individual and promising concept. This not only allows you to achieve your goals, but also to work on them sustainably.

My enthusiasm for sport began in my childhood — first as an ambitious soccer player and now as a coach who is always working on his development. My professional path took me from a chef to sales in the sports sector to a federally certified fitness instructor. Today, I offer my customers a comprehensive package of knowledge, creativity and motivation.

Over the years, as a trainer, masseur and vocational trainer, I have acquired a wide range of expertise, which I can pass on individually and tailored to your needs. My goal is not only to strengthen yourself physically, but also to promote your mental abilities — for holistic and sustainable growth.

My name is Mike, I am 34 years old, and I have been working in the health and fitness field for over ten years. What started as a personal passion has become a clear mission: to help people become sustainably healthier, stronger, and more resilient, physically and mentally.

For me, health is more than just training. It emerges when movement, nutrition, and recovery work together intelligently. That is why I have spent years deeply studying these three pillars, not superficially, but in a solid, practical, and holistic way, always focusing on the individual as a whole.

As a medical masseur with well-founded training and recognition by health insurance companies, my focus is on the targeted treatment of musculoskeletal complaints. Through my experience in training, therapy and coaching, I combine various approaches to achieve sustainable results. My goal is not only to reduce pain, but also to keep the body efficient and symptom-free in the long term.
